Babysitter Needed for my Children

Looking for a full or part-time nanny/mother's helper primarily for 1-year-old twins - someone to play, put them for naps, manage diaper changes and feedings. We also have a 4-year-old who is in school half-days now but will be home full time from Aug 7 - Sept. Looking for someone also comfortable playing with her a bit, and maybe helping make her lunch. Both parents work remotely but would like someone to be comfortable enough for us to take turns going into the office/on errands. One parent will always be home. Minimal cleaning/cooking - just tidying after children and microwaving lunch/making a sandwich. One twin has asthma and CANNOT be around secondhand smoke of any kind.
