Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Hi, I am looking for someone who is able to come to my home I have two identical twins who are 7 yrs old who have autism. One is potty trained and the other is not I also have an 11mo old baby. There would be some meal preparation involved for all the kids ether with the air fryer, microwave, or stove top they are picky eaters due to sensory issues. Neither of the twins are violent in any manner one is much less verbal but still able to communicate his needs. I do offer paid sick days and some paid vacation if over short time spans as I am active duty military.
