Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We need care until preschool starts back up, and are looking for someone who takes the initiative to play interactively and structure activities in an engaging way. We dont want a nanny who will sit on their phone and ignore our child. My spouse works remotely from the basement, but wont be over your shoulder. We would want to continue care for Friday afternoons from 12-4 for the school year too (and can offer higher pay given the reduced hours), and would be happy to reach out for extra babysitting.
