Job Description
Emerge Physical Therapy & Wellness is a private outpatient practice located in Lincoln Park, Chicago. We specialize in providing highly personalized physical therapy and wellness services to an active, health-conscious community that includes athletes, new and expectant mothers, and busy professionals.
Unlike high-volume clinics, all patient care is provided one-on-one, allowing our therapists to deliver exceptional outcomes while building meaningful relationships with patients.
We are seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who is passionate about evidence-based care, continuous learning, and helping patients achieve their goals in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic health and orthopedic conditions
- Develop individualized plans of care based on evidence-based practice
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered treatment in a one-on-one setting
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Build strong therapeutic relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Current Illinois Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum of 1 year of pelvic health clinical experience
- Completion of Pelvic Health Level 1 coursework through APTA Pelvic Health, Herman & Wallace, or equivalent training
Preferred
- Additional pelvic health continuing education coursework
- Experience treating orthopedic conditions
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Desire to contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented practice
