Chairside Surgical & Implant Assistant (Full-Time)

Saline Dental – Bryant, Arkansas

Pay: $19.00–$26.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time (3–4 days per week)

Saline Dental is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing surgical team.

This is not an entry-level assisting position. We are looking for an RDA who is confident assisting during deep sedation, full-arch implant (All-on-X), oral surgery, extractions, bone grafting, and complex implant procedures.

Our ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, anticipates the surgeon's next move, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Assist chairside during:

  • Deep sedation procedures
  • Full-arch implant (All-on-X) surgery
  • Implant placement
  • Surgical extractions
  • Bone grafting
  • Guided implant surgery
  • Surgical conversions and prosthetic delivery

Prepare surgical suites and treatment rooms.

Maintain sterile surgical field and aseptic technique.

Monitor and document patient vital signs before, during, and after treatment.

Prepare surgical instruments, implant systems, and materials.

Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans.

Provide post-operative instructions and patient education.

Maintain OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA compliance.

Sterilize instruments and maintain surgical equipment.

Assist with inventory management and surgical supply organization.

Support the clinical team as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Arkansas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
  • Current X-Ray Certification
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Minimum two years of chairside surgical dental assisting experience
  • Minimum two years assisting with deep sedation procedures
  • Experience assisting with dental implant surgery
  • Excellent understanding of infection control and sterile surgical technique

Preferred Experience
