Job Responsibilities

• Review construction plans and specifications for assigned projects.
• Perform material takeoffs and calculate quantities accurately.
• Request pricing from vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare and send proposals to customers.
• Follow up with customers on submitted proposals.
• Revise estimates and proposals as needed.
• Answer customer questions regarding pricing and scope.
• Meet bid deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
• Maintain organized project files and estimate records.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and the internal team throughout the estimating process.
• Help close awarded projects through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Experience estimating architectural millwork or cabinetry.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Ability to adapt to new software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
