Job Description

Mobolutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive SAP PMO Analyst to support the successful delivery of enterprise SAP implementation and transformation projects. This role combines traditional Project Coordinator responsibilities with a strong focus on Project Management Office (PMO) governance, reporting, planning, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting SAP projects and be comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment alongside project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience working in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management role.
Good understanding of SAP project lifecycle (ASAP, Activate, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies).
Experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, project schedules, and meeting documentation.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, FICO, MM, SD, or other SAP functional implementations.
Exposure to PMO governance and project portfolio reporting.
PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is a plus.
Experience working in an SAP consulting or system integrator environment is highly desirable.
