North Denver Metro Sales Representative - Now Hiring

SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

VinMarket is an established, family-owned wine and spirits distributor selling a thoughtful selection of top quality products.
Our delivery platform provides excellent, frequent coverage and our systems are geared for fast access to all needed sales information.

We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to grow existing business in the north Denver metropolitan area.


Responsibilities & Duties

CALL ON AND MANAGE ASSIGNED ACCOUNTS
- Establish professional relationships
- Physically visit, sell to and service accounts
- Communicate offers, deals, promotions
- Conduct staff trainings
- Process orders; manage collections
- Ensure delivery accuracy

DEMONSTRATE CONSULTATIVE SALES
- Promote new and existing portfolio items
- Expand business in assigned and new accounts
- Develop beverage lists, by-the-glass and cocktail programs, email, floor, newsletter programs

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute supplier market days
- Organize and communicate account set and transitions
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly revenue goal and sales quotas
- Participate in bi-monthly sales meetings and related activities
- Participate in various trade and consumer tasting events
- Utilize internal operating systems and follow company protocols
- Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
- Self-motivated and intellectually curious
- Time management, task prioritization, solution focused
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (details and language matter)
- Business math, basic software and technology proficiency (Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.)
- Some wine and spirits knowledge helpful
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance
- No prior felony convictions or DUIs
- Lift and carry 35 pounds
- Twenty-one years of age
- Reside within territory
