Director of Food & Beverage Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous Director of Food & Beverage, Clubhouse Manager, or senior Food & Beverage leadership experience
• Private club or luxury resort experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership of multiple dining outlets, banquet operations, and member events
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, and cost controls
• Demonstrated success developing service teams and creating accountability
• Experience partnering closely with Executive Chefs and culinary leadership
• Outstanding member and guest relationship skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and member events
