Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg

We're hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for a full-time permanent Med/Surg opportunity at a leading acute care hospital in Hudson, Florida.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time | Days or Nights
• Rotating Weekends
• Pay: $30.00–$42.00/hour (based on experience)
• Night Differential: +$4.75/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case by case)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality care

Requirements

• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License (FL license required within 90 days if compact)
• ADN/Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Recent Acute Care RN experience required (No recent LTAC experience)
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
