Opportunities to provide both individual and classroom support
Collaborative educational setting
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 support for students as assigned
Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
Support students' academic, social, and behavioral development
Reinforce classroom expectations and learning goals
Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the educational team
Qualifications
Previous elementary school experience required
Experience working with young children preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Patient, dependable, and student-focused mindset
