We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to support students in a school setting in South Burlington, VT for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with students and contributing to a positive, supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to students with academic and behavioral needs
• Assist teachers with daily instructional activities and classroom management
• Work with students 1:1 and in small group settings
• Help implement behavior and instructional plans
• Monitor and document student progress

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain patient, consistent, and adaptable
• Passion for supporting student growth and success
