Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I would like to find someone to help my parents who need general light housekeeping, organizing, scheduling, reminders, errands, and some transportation to doctors or recreational activities. The person should be comfortable with a medium size (friendly) dog and able to be flexible with their varying schedules. My parents have mobility limitations and live in a senior community.
