Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Age 96. Recovering from a fall, fractured vertebrae, and will be coming home from rehab. Uses a walker, normally, but currently supposed to use wheelchair. Needs assistance with transfer, bathing, toileting, dressing, help up if he falls. My mother, age 86, is no longer able to assist him in many of these areas (due to her strength), and not for extended periods. Concerned about leaving him alone when she has engagements or errands. He enjoys watching TV. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
