Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need a hands-on care provider for my mother in her 80s, she recently had a stroke and is making great improvements, but needs help with bathing, dressing, blood pressure. Assistance with medication is needed. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
