Babysitter

We are looking for a dependable, patient, and compassionate caregiver to pick up two boys, from their ABA program/childcare and spend the evening with them until either their dad or myself gets home from work. Both boys are nonverbal and on the autism spectrum, so experience working with children with autism is required. They thrive on routine, consistency, and positive reinforcement. A large part of this role is reinforcing the skills they are learning in ABA, including communication, potty training, daily routines, and independence. The ideal caregiver is reliable, calm, nurturing, and comfortable assisting with toileting while helping maintain a structured, supportive environment.
