Nanny Needed

I am looking for in home care for 3 young kids only for mornings, as I work from home. We have a large basement for playtime and play area outside. We would need help after breakfast from about 8-12 on M, W, F. But this would not be every week due to my husbands swing shift schedule but could give you schedule way in advance. Looking for someone flexible! My children are 4, 3, and baby will be 5 months at that time. Baby takes long morning nap so hopefully can keep that going when I go back to work.
