Babysitter Needed for my Children

We're looking for a loving, reliable nanny to care for our happy and curious 13-month-old son! We're seeking someone to start on Tuesdays and Thursdays (7 hours/day with a flexible start time between 8-10 AM) and gradually transition into a Monday-Thursday schedule. Responsibilities include engaging him in age-appropriate play, reading, outdoor time, preparing simple meals/snacks, and light household tasks during his naps (baby laundry, tidying play areas, loading/unloading the dishwasher, etc.). I work full-time from home but have a flexible job and am available throughout the day if support is ever needed. We value giving our nanny independence while also being nearby.
