Location: Eureka, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). No weekend coverage required at this time. 13-week assignment (91 days) with 40 hours of orientation.

Requirements:\n

\n
• Valid California state license (must be in hand prior to submission)
\n
• Current BLS certification and RD/RDN credential required
\n
• Minimum 2 years of dietitian experience
\n
• Epic charting system experience required
\n
• Food safety audit experience and instruction capability required
\n
• Willingness to float between facilities (up to 20 miles travel required)
\n
• Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
\n
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
\n
• Time off requests limited to no more than 7 days during assignment
\n
