American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital setting, performing high-volume nuclear stress tests and a variety of advanced nuclear medicine procedures on adult and geriatric patients.

- Hospital-based Nuclear Medicine department serving both inpatient and outpatient populations \n
- Patient population includes adults and geriatrics \n
- High scan volume with procedures including nuclear stress tests, HIDA scans, V/Q scans, biliary studies, lymph injections, and amyloid studies \n
- GE imaging equipment and SPECT CT G850 scanner used in this department \n
- 5x8 day shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (block schedule) \n
- Every other weekend on-call required (either Saturday or Sunday, not both consecutive days) \n
- Weekday on-call coverage required twice per week from 4:00 PM–10:00 PM \n
- Floating required within the specialty and to other units and sister facilities within clinical scope \n
- Holiday coverage required as scheduled \n
- \n
- ARRT (N) or ARRT (R) certification required \n
- NMTCB certification required \n
- Current BLS required \n
- State license required if applicable \n
- Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required \n
- Experience with nuclear stress tests, HIDA scans, V/Q scans, and other advanced nuclear medicine procedures \n
- Ability to work with adult and geriatric patient populations \n

- First-time travelers are eligible to apply for this position \n
