Restaurant Team Member – Day Shift

The Sandwich Factory in Murfreesboro is looking for a dependable, friendly team member to join our day shift. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, locally owned restaurant and takes pride in providing great food and customer service.

Schedule

Monday through Saturday, approximately 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Approximately 30–36 hours per week, depending on business needs. Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, burgers, salads, and other menu items
• Take customer orders and operate the register
• Restock food, paper products, and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with opening, food preparation, and end-of-shift cleaning
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Work as part of a team during busy lunch periods

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual
• Friendly with good customer-service skills
• Able to work quickly and accurately
• Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift
• Able to lift approximately 25–40 pounds when needed
• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person
• Must have reliable transportation

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 16 years or older
