Babysitter Needed for my Children

I want someone who will engage with my baby through tummy time, reading, talking, and age-appropriate play while following his feeding and nap schedule. Most importantly, Im looking for someone who will care for my baby with kindness, patience, and the same level of attention they would give their own child.
