Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Coach and guide sales staff through regular check-ins and performance feedback.
Monitor sales targets and develop plans to reach and exceed agency growth goals.
Cultivate a welcoming office culture where every team member feels supported and valued.
Manage relationships with key insurance carriers to maintain competitive product offerings.
Address escalated client inquiries with patience, professionalism, and a focus on long-term solutions.
Requirements
Valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience managing sales teams or overseeing agency operations.
Working knowledge of insurance underwriting guidelines and state compliance standards.
Proficiency in agency management software and digital reporting tools.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding organizational sales goals.
Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and resolve complex client concerns.
