TAB Construction is expanding its in-house plumbing division, and we're looking for an experienced Residential Plumber who wants to play a key role in building it. We're building a team that homeowners can trust for everything from plumbing repairs and renovations to custom home construction, and we want someone who takes pride in delivering quality work every step of the way.

As our Lead Residential Plumber, you'll help establish and grow our plumbing division while performing a variety of residential plumbing projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and system upgrades
• Plan projects, order materials, and organize workflow for maximum efficiency
• Help establish processes, standards, and best practices for the plumbing division
• Coordinate with Project Managers, field crews, and homeowners
• Mentor apprentices and less experienced team members
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service on every project

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong installation, troubleshooting, and repair skills
• Ability to plan work and manage materials efficiently
• Leadership mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitude
• Pride in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred
