Operations Manager, SR.

Job Summary:

Provides overall leadership and management of the contracted effort while serving as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders and overseeing contract performance and resource management.

Essential Duties:

• Acts as the overall lead for the contracted effort
• Acts as manager for the contracted effort
• Acts as administrator for the contracted effort
• Serves as the primary interface with Government program authorities
• Serves as the primary point of contact on technical issues
• Serves as the primary point of contact on program and project issues
• Oversees contractor execution of contract requirements
• Manages acquisition of program and project resources
• Manages employment of program and project resources

Education:

• MA/MSdegree

Experience:

• More than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
• Desired: 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

• Ability to lead and manage contract efforts
• Ability to oversee contract performance
• Ability tointerface withGovernment personnel
• Ability to manage personnel and resources
• Ability to address technical and programmatic issues
