What You'll Do āØ
ā¢ Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency response
ā¢ Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
ā¢ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
ā¢ Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel
ā¢ Promote patient education, wellness, and continuity of care
ā¢ Follow established clinical protocols while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
