Penmac Staffing is hiring an Onsite Manager to support daily staffing operations at a client site in Greenfield, MO. You’ll be the on-site point of contact for Penmac associates and will partner closely with the local branch team and client leadership.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: Will depend on experience

What you’ll do as an Onsite Manager:

Manage day-to-day staffing support for a large group of associates at the client site.
Coordinate closely with the Penmac branch on hiring needs, orders, turnover, coaching, and communication.
Assist with orientations, plant tours, first-day introductions, and distributing site-required items (as applicable).
Monitor associate performance and partner with supervisors/leads on concerns.
Support safety initiatives: attend meetings, communicate expectations, and assist with injury response and reporting.
Coach/counsel associates as needed on attendance, performance, and safety (following Penmac process).
Support payroll tasks as required and help resolve pay issues.
Conduct offboarding and exit interviews when needed.
Prepare daily/weekly reports (attendance, new hires, turnover, etc.) as requested.
Review invoices and coordinate corrections with Corporate Accounting.
Escalate issues to the Area Manager as needed; other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

High School diploma required (Associate degree or higher preferred).
Experience in staffing, HR support, education, or office administration preferred.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet).
Able to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities.
Professional communication skills and strong customer service mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to learn and use internal systems.

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Must have the ability to stand, walk, bending/stooping and repetitive motions.
