Machine Operator Assistant - US

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator Assistant - US to join their team. As a Machine Operator Assistant - US, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to efficient production processes and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent attendance, and the ability to follow established procedures, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant - US

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range: $21.03 

Shift: 2nd shift - 3pm to 11pm

What's the Job?

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment
• Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools
• Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systems
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Good attendance and reliability
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, and bending
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
• 2-3 years of proven work experience in manufacturing or related fields preferred
