Duties Include for RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) :

• Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Maintains nursing guidelines are appropriate
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families and employees.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment
• Maintains resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among the interdisciplinary team

RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of NJ
• LTC experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills

Location:

• Chatham, NJ

Shifts for RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) :

• 3PM-11PM and 11P-7A
