Job Summary

As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by organizing and leading recreational activities, social events, and therapeutic programs. Activities Assistant Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities programs for residents, including social events, recreational activities, and therapeutic programs

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents to understand their interests and preferences, and tailor activities to meet their needs

• Coordinate and lead activities, such as arts and crafts, exercise classes, and entertainment programs

• Collaborate with the activities director to develop and implement activity plans, including budgeting and scheduling

• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules

• Support the activities department in other tasks, as needed
