• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM  

• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM  

• 10:30 PM- 7:00 AM

Meadowood Nursing Center, a 99-bed long-term care and skilled rehabilitation facility located in scenic Clearlake, California, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.

• $55–$62 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications: 

• Licensed in the state of California  

• CPR/BLS certified (or able to obtain during orientation)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice in accordance with physician orders, policies, and regulatory guidelines  

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time  

• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to appropriate departments  

• Participate in infection control and quality improvement programs  

• Educate patients and families  

• Transcribe and implement physician orders (per Nurse Practice Act)  

• Collaborate with physicians, including participating in rounds as needed

Requirements: 

• Active California RN license (required)  

• BLS certification (required)
