RN Supervisor Weekends

A skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Supervisor to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure quality resident care, and support nursing staff during assigned shifts in a fast-paced long-term care environment.

Schedule:
Every other weekend double shift:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee resident care and staff operations during assigned shifts

• Supervise and assist nursing staff as needed to ensure quality care

• Provide clinical support and floor coverage when necessary

• Administer medications and treatments as required

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure care plans are properly followed

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams regarding resident needs and care

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff on assigned units

Qualifications:

• Current RN License in New York State

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations

• Experience with care planning and documentation

• BLS Certification

• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
