The Eleanor Nursing Care Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located in Hyde Park, NY. We provide exceptional care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents in our spacious, renovated 3-unit facility. Our supportive leadership team is dedicated to empowering and supporting our direct care staff every day.

We are currently seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our talented team of nurses and CNAs while ensuring high-quality care for our residents.

Position: RN Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise direct care staff, including LPNs and CNAs, on your shift
• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities and ensure adherence to care plans
• Ensure resident care meets facility standards and complies with Federal, State, and Local regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance during emergency situations
• Foster a positive work environment and mentor team members

Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN license in good standing
• Preferably 2+ years of supervisory experience in Long-Term Care or Sub-Acute settings, especially with geriatric residents
• Strong leadership skills with professional references
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
