Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities Include:

Maintains Good Customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on products.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
Team up with Outside Sales Representatives via email, phone and in person to submit customers’ quotes and orders
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Process points of sale purchases.
Handle returns of merchandise.
Maintains a database of clients and orders.
Establish new client relationships when possible.
Follow up on orders by contacting clients to obtain missing information, answer inquiries, ensure timely deliveries.
Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep informed on new technology, products and features.
Coordinate shipping, receiving and delivery of products and materials.
Provide proper certificates and tags for products by using Proof Test equipment.
Loading customers' orders.
Comply with inventory control procedures including ordering products.
Participating in "On Call" working rotation.
Provide feedback to management on client concerns
Take up other job duties as assigned.
