We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Unit Manager. This is a full-time day shift position, offering leadership opportunities in a supportive and professional long-term care environment. As an RN Unit Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all supervisory duties for the assigned nursing unit
• Mentor and support less experienced nurses and staff
• Review and maintain accurate resident records
• Monitor resident care to ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence
• Address questions and concerns from residents and their families
• Ensure the unit is fully stocked with necessary medical supplies
• Serve as a liaison between the nursing unit and upper management

RN Unit Manager Requirements:

• Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years Long-Term Care experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills
