Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about enriching the lives of seniors? Our Skilled Nursing Facility in Toledo, Ohio is seeking two (2) Full-Time Activities Assistants to join our team. These positions are union roles, benefits eligible, and available for immediate hire.

• Status: Full-Time

• Openings: 2

• Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work every other weekend

• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation

• Union Position with comprehensive benefits

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing daily activities for residents

• Encourage resident participation in group and one-on-one programs

• Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive environment

• Document attendance, resident preferences, and program outcomes

• Support residents with safe transport to and from activities

• Collaborate with Activity Director, nursing staff, and other departments

• Experience in activities, recreation, senior care, or customer service is helpful (but willing to train the right candidate)

• Compassionate, upbeat, and resident-focused personality

• Ability to work every other weekend (required)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable and committed to creating meaningful experiences for residents
