Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and administering medications and treatments

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the nursing leadership team

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (n/a)

• Minimum (n/a) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
