Our team at North County is looking for a special clinical leader to join our amazing team.

A little about us: we're a small-town group. We care for each other and for our residents, and most of us have been here for many years and look forward to many more. We take pride in what we do, and we take pride in each other. We're a band of misfits — but in the best way possible. Above all, we put our residents' needs first, and we're looking for a strong Clinical Director who can come in and bring some wisdom, experience, and leadership to our team.

The right leader will be low on ego with long-term clinical leadership experience — someone who works well with others and who understands accountability, but leads through kindness.
