Beacon Rehab and Nursing Center is actively seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our great team.

Job Summary/Responsibilities:

As an Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to ensure that you and your nurses are properly caring for our residents.

• Support the DON in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities.
• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
• Protect residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations
• Document resident care services by charting in patient and department records
• Promote continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
