LPN Unit Manager

Skilled Nursing facility is seeking an experienced, motivated LPN for Unit Manager position.  Nursing Home experience is required and the applicant should have worked prevously at charge nurse level or higher. The unit manager is responsible and accountable for the delivery of resident care on their assigned unit.  Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of nursing theory, practice, and have leadership ability.  The unit manager plans, coordinates and evaluates the quality of nursing care on their unit as established by nursing leadership.  Unit manager also ensures that all facility, federal, state and local regulations are followed at all times.
