Nursing Supervisors Needed Full-Time!!!

(Weekends Only (All Shifts), Per Diem or Part-time)

Located in Croton-On-Hudson, NY

Salary: $55/hr - $65/hr (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid New York RN license
• Must have strong leadership skills and experience
• Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing facility
• Strong clinical background and knowledge
• Must have extensive managerial/supervisory experience
• Must be willing to work on holidays/on-call

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
• Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
• Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
• Communicate treatment and status information to patient families, and resolve incidents during the shift. 
• Interpret hospital policy and state law, and evaluate and recommend changes to nursing service records.
• Supervise nursing staff, assign staff to units, and manage schedules.
