11-7 RN Charge Nurse

We're looking for an energetic RN to join our team for the 11-7 (NOC) shift. We are a 94-bed skilled nursing facility located in a quiet neighborhood.

Some of the duties of the RN Charge Nurse include:

• Medication pass for residents

• Completing assessments and documentation as required

• Assessing residents for changes of condition

• Supervising C.N.A.s

• Ensuring quality of care for residents.

• other assigned tasks

Some qualifications include:

• Current and unobstructed California RN License

• 1 year of SNF experience preferred

• New RN grads welcome to apply!

• able to work independently and as a team

• Good communication skills
