Job Summary:
Meriden Health and Rehab LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN Supervisor-Full Time 7-3p to join our team of healthcare professionals. About the Role:
As a RN Supervisor-Full Time 7-3p, you will be responsible for supervising a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care in a safe and compassionate environment. Your leadership skills and expertise will be essential in supporting the development of our nursing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Assess and identify opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing plans to enhance patient care and staff performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to facilitate professional growth and development.

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a current RN license in the state of Connecticut.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
