Job Description
Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator supports all onboarding, employee administration, compliance, and HR operations functions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring new hires are successfully onboarded, employee records remain compliant, and staff receive timely support throughout their employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate employee onboarding from offer acceptance through first day of employment.
• Process background checks, employment verifications, and credential tracking.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in company systems.
• Assist with Paylocity onboarding, payroll administration, and employee account setup.
• Coordinate creation of employee accounts including CentralReach, Telebroad, Microsoft systems, and other required platforms.
• Monitor required trainings, certifications, and compliance deadlines.
• Assist with employee benefits administration and eligibility tracking.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and direct concerns to appropriate leadership when needed.
• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, policy updates, and special projects.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and staff recognition programs.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative experience.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and employment documentation preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience with Paylocity, CentralReach, or healthcare environments preferred.
