About the Role:
As an Activities Assistant, you will bring joy and energy to our residents by planning and leading engaging activities that enhance their well-being. From arts and crafts to outings and games, you'll create memorable experiences that make every day special.

What You'll Do:

• Lead fun and interactive group and one-on-one activities

• Encourage resident participation and foster a positive environment

• Prepare and organize materials and spaces for activities

• Assist with resident transportation to and from activities

• Maintain records of participation and feedback

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless activity execution

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Energetic, creative, and compassionate attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
