About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Oil City Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized care to our residents in a supportive and comfortable setting. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing care plans, conducting assessments, and administering medications. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Conduct assessments and evaluate the needs of residents, including physical, emotional, and psychological needs

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize resident outcomes and satisfaction
