Job Description
The schedule for this role would be: Monday - Friday; 10:00am - 2:00pm
SUMMARY OF PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Assist with and distribute the Lake Effect News (monthly newsletter for the staff).
Assist with the posting of internal job openings, employee events, Staff Town Hall meeting notices, etc.
Complete monthly OIG reporting.
Complete weekly New Hire reporting.
Tracking of CPR & First Aid, CEU’s, Department Meetings, Staff Town Hall, etc., when needed, for the Facilitator.
Maintain and audit records for State Survey.
Assist with special events (i.e. on-site Job Fairs, Fundraisers, Employee Appreciation, etc.).
Assist with filing any HR documentation.
Assist with 403(b) or payroll and benefit audits, as needed.
Create New Hire Orientation folders.
Assist with the annual Open Enrollment process.
Create new employee files and condense and pull files of employees no longer with an active status.
Maintain I-9 binder for active/inactive employees, as well as the BCI binder for same.
Assist as the backup for processing employee badges.
Other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years clerical experience or experience within a Human Resources office in a LTC/CCRC Setting.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
