Activity Assistant

Kadima Health and Nursing at Pottstown is looking to hire an Activity Assistant to join our team! Shift available 4pm-8pm

Job Responsibilities:

·           Plans and monitors unit activities, content of programs and independent activities

·           Implements individual and group activities; supervise residents’ use of all equipment and materials and takes necessary precautions in implementing the program.

·           Oversee documentation of resident participation assessment, MDS, care plan and progress on the appropriate forms

·           Works with activities staff to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agencies and volunteer groups.

·           Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Education and Qualifications:

·       Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
