Harbor Village is a premier Short‑Term Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility in New London, CT. We’re dedicated to exceptional geriatric care and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our team.
What You’ll DoLead and support CNAs on your unit
Deliver high‑quality, resident‑centered nursing care
Administer meds and treatments safely
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
Perform skilled procedures (wound care, injections, dressing changes, IV care, etc.)
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team
ADN required
Active CT RN or LPN license
1–2 years LTC/SNF/geriatric experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and calm under pressure
Compassion, professionalism, and great communication skills
PCC experience a plus
Supportive, team‑oriented environment
