Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and clinical standards

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in compliance with regulations

• Monitor residents’ conditions, document progress, and promptly report changes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Valid and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Prior nursing experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care
